My name is Brianna and I was born in Colorado where I've always enjoyed learning and watching films. As the youngest of three siblings, I became an aunt early in life and am now a great aunt. I am married, but do not have children of my own.
With the goal of producing movies, I was accepted into a handful of Universities and decided to attend the University of North Carolina: School of the Arts where I received a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Film Producing. After University, I worked as an International High School Coordinator for the New York Film Academy before attending Northwestern University to receive a Master's in Science for Leadership in Creative Enterprise.
My first career focused on contracts and financing for an international film distribution company, where I grew from a coordinator to an executive in four years. My favorite film that I worked on is Loving Vincent from 2017.
After experiencing massive burn out, I made lots of changes in my life. I quit my job and started volunteering, and then I discovered tutoring. Since I started my own English coaching business in 2023, I have gained over 1,500 hours of teaching experience and I have made many realizations about learning English. Learning is one of my favorite things to do, and experiencing others learn has brought a lot of fulfillment to my life. Since starting tutoring, I've gained an ESL certification from TEFL and have served as a crisis hotline operator.
